Meet Sheena Knight, CEO of The Beauty Nanny

Sheena Knight, 40, an Atlanta native, earned her Master Cosmetology license from Empire Beauty School in 2014. In 2022, she completed prerequisites at StyleMobb University to become a beauty educator. With 15+ years in the industry and IATSE 479 union member, she excels in hair, makeup, and set lighting for film, TV, and magazines.

 

Specializing in alopecia transformations, Sheena provides personalized home-based hair services, prioritizing quality for 100% client satisfaction. As a sought after mobile stylist, she uses the innovative washmego for a salon-like experience to keep clients spoiled :) 

 

Her journey began in 2009, leading to the creation of The Beauty Nanny in 2020 during the pandemic, driven by the overwhelming demand for her services. The Beauty Nanny's prototype took shape in 2015 after the discovery of the WashMeGo portable shampoo basin. Sheena further honed her skills with a wig construction course in 2019 with The Hair Diagram and earned a cranial prosthetics hair replacement installation certificate in 2020 taught by Kanisha Gordon.
